Your title and full nameMr, Ms, Mrs and so on, then your first and last name.
Your date of birth
Your email and a UK phone numberYour tenancy documents come to this email.
The date you want to move inYour rent is then due on that day each month.
Your National Insurance numberTwo letters, six numbers and a letter, like QQ 12 34 56 B.

Before anything is sent, we read your details back so you can correct them. If you stop halfway, nothing is submitted.

After you apply, three more lines get ticked, and we email you at each one.

We email you the tenancy documents to sign digitally. The sooner you sign them, the sooner we can review your application.

We check your application and supporting documents, and email you as soon as it's approved.
Check-in and inventory signed
You get your tenant check-in and inventory checklist. Go through your room with it and sign it, and your tenancy has begun.

Before you unpack, check your room against the inventory.

On check-in day you get a copy of our move-in inventory. Go through it item by item, and if anything is missing, marked or broken, write it down before you sign. Anything not noted at check-in is treated as damage during your tenancy.
